Cancellation & Refunds

More than 14 days before a week starts: full refund minus a $25 admin fee.

7–14 days before: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before: no refund (credit at our discretion).

Multi-week bookings: each week counts separately from its own start date; if cancelling drops you below a discount tier, the weeks you keep are re-priced without it.

Rising Star (Gr 1-3): $120/wk

Youth Elite (Gr 4-8): $250/wk

Senior Elite (Gr 9-12): $250/wk
