What Families Say
“Coach Nate's programming made a real difference. My daughter's vertical jumped 4 inches in a training block — and she's stayed healthy through a full club season.”
Who should pair this with All-Access?
Performance Training builds the engine; All-Access uses it. If your athlete is training skills 2–3x a week but still getting beat on speed, strength, or late-game endurance — layering Performance Training on top is the fastest fix. Most of our Super Star and Hall of Fame members stack both in the same week.
How we track progress
- Baseline on intake. Movement screen plus vertical, sprint, and strength markers.
- Training-block check-ins. Coaches re-test every 6–8 weeks and adjust programming.
- Family-facing reports. You see real numbers — not vibes — and know exactly where your athlete is improving.

FAQ
About Performance Training
No. Sessions are coached and scaled to the athlete. Beginners learn proper movement patterns before loading any real weight.
It complements it. Performance Training builds the engine; skills and team practice use it. Many members stack this with All-Access so they can train the body and the game in the same week.
Every athlete gets a movement screen and a baseline on key markers (vertical, sprint, strength) on intake. We re-test at regular checkpoints so families can see real, measurable progress.
